I think I found them on Angie's List. They have been fantastic during our home renovation process. I keep putting them on hold, but I have built a relationship with them and they have been so patient and good throughout the whole thing. They have come out multiple times to help me with our previous contractor and current contractor for the remodeling. They have been great. They came out, met with my new contractor and it cost me nothing. They have been in constant contact with me regarding the status. They prepared for the states when I asked them to be ready to do the asbestos abatement. That was a part of the first stage of my remodeling project. Their pricing has been very reasonable. They did an assessment not just of the cost for the work, which they revised based on what the insurance company had told them to change. They have engaged with the insurance company, they have engaged with my remodelers and have come out without even charging us. The work that we have paid them for was just one time testing. This was the second test versus the first test we had. They do asbestos testing and asbestos removal.

They responded at 3 am, and at every single step of the way in what was a major disaster for our home, they were answering questions, providing guidance, and working nonstop with teams of 3 to 5 people to move all our items, protect what they could, rip out carpet and drywall as needed, and do the best drying job anyone could have wished for. The rapidity with which they took care of things in the first 24 hours likely saved us alot of trouble later on - but they also continued to provide us with follow up service, for the period the drying equipment was there, and well beyond, when I had many questions and issues with insurance. The company owner truly cares about customer service, and has the patience of a saint. They know what they are doing, and we felt confident in trusting them with all the decisions because they answered all our questions with care."

"After discovering that my water heater had broken, I was referred to Flood Tech 3 to come and do water extraction.  Ahmad Noorzai and his team arrived within the hour after I called.  They immediately began with the water extraction, removed carpet and pad, cut out the damaged baseboard and drywall, and cleaned up the area before leaving. They left behind 2 blowers and a dehumidifier.  I was impressed with their response time and the team's professionalism, but it doesn't stop there.  After trying to compromise with the Insurance adjustor, an agreement couldn't be reached.  I would've been left to pay the outstanding balance, and although liable for it, Ahmad is so customer service focused that he told me not to worry about the difference.  He accepted the payment amount from me that I received from the Insurance company which was lower than his estimate.  This is what I call true customer service!!!
