"Our family has been working on a clean out, demo, and refinishing of our Grandma's Basement. We have used this service to haul away garbage and debris on two separate occasions. The Junk Relief office was responsive, estimates could be done through text by sending photos, the price was extremely reasonable (priced per truck load with labor included *compared to* $200+ per small bagster bag). Each time drivers were attentive, prompt, and efficient. 10/10 recommend for the Chicagoland Area."

"We have a 60 year old house.  Water backed up through a basement drain and when our plumber tried to rod it out he couldn't and determined we had a sewer line break.
Company #1 (a well known Skokie firm) said the break was inside the house under the concrete floor and quoted $5,000 to fix.
Company #2 said break was outside house and quoted $4,600, using machinery that would require removing a fence and bushes to get to the spot.
Company #3 came out, said he forgot his camera, would reschedule, and we never heard from him again.
Company #4, Lincoln Sewer, sent out Robert, who also said the problem was outside the house right next to the foundation wall.  He said they could dig by hand (about 10 feet down!) and avoid the machinery problems.  Quoted $3,400.  We asked him to come within 3 days because we were going on a months' vacation and didn't want to worry about the problem.  He did.  Two guys worked their butts off digging for a day and a half, with Robert stopping by periodically.  The break was exactly where they determined it would be, and although it was a very difficult area to work in they managed to complete the repair without a problem.  The workers were nice guys and didn't mind explaining what was going on when we asked.  Same with Robert.  He really seemed knowledgeable on what needed to be done and how to do it.
We are so thankful we didn't rely on Company #1, who would have torn up the concrete floor in our basement and still not have been able to fix the problem.  We are also thankful we don't have to replace the fence and bushes that Company #2 would have required (plus the $1,200 more they wanted for the work).  Company #3 was a dufus.
We would highly recommend Lincoln Sewer based on our experience,  and of course would call them first if we ever have another problem.

"Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event".  Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work.  They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage.  They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours.  I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

They dug  a trench to the sump pump, removed the standing water that had not been allowed to drain properly in the most efficient way, and replaced the inadequate sump pump with one that will do the job correctly. They brought enough of a crew to complete the job in half a day which we also appreciated.  They also filled a few cracks in the foundation walls to prevent any future leaks. We had worked with them before and knew that they were an honest and reputable firm."

The crew arrived, prepped the work area with plastic where appropriate, and within 20 minutes were jackhammering the existing concrete. They didn't waste any time! The crew was courteous and professional. They hauled away all the debris as promised, making sure to keep the driveway clean of material. They laid down plastic outside in their staging area for concrete - a nice touch to keep the driveway clean. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly in the basement, walked me through their finished project, and were just generally a nice group of guys who got the job done quickly, efficiently and on budget. They even patched a few holes outside of the original scope of work. Can't ask for more than that."
