"This was a BIG interior demo job. Joe came out to assess the work that needed to be done, and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and intelligence. Even though the bid came in higher than we thought it would be, I was so certain that he would do a careful job of removing what needed to go while protecting what was to stay, that I decided it was worth it to take his bid. I am VERY thankful that I did.
The guys went above and beyond to protect the furniture and bookshelves that were staying, and when they were finished taking out the very, very large bathroom (all details listed above) the place was clean as a whistle--right down to the studs. The amount of dust in the rest of the house was minimal as they put up a double layer of plastic (with a zipper pass-through) to keep the dust contained in the room that was being renovated. The professionalism and care that was demonstrated put this company among one of the best I have hired for work in my house. Since this is my fourth major renovation project, I have some experience with this. :-)
It was especially nice that they had trucks to immediately haul out the debris and we didn't have to live with a large dumpster in front of our house for the three days that the demo took (or longer, depending on when the dumpster people would have made time to pick up the dumpster!) Super convenient, neat and clean.
Junk Relief is a gem. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, and will absolutely call Joe if I decide to embark on another reno in my home.

"Great! They were unable to get all the way to the street from the catch basin. It was suggested I add a sewer clean out assure all the roots were gone and make it easier for future cleaning. This was suggested in the past, by another company , but the cost was out of sight. This company was very fair in price for both the cleaning (which included the inspection with the camera) and for the clean out installation."

"Professional and thorough inspection of old dirt crawlspace and foundation walls, with photos taken, and quote given for installation of their crawlspace encapsulation process.  
The encapsulation process sounds like a great solution to any crawlspace issues that may be present.  However, it is a costly solution, although may have this done in the future. 
The inspection process went well, friendly, professional and all questions thoroughly answered.  The only down-side:  Minor issue, but wish men had placed a drop-cloth outside the crawlspace entrance so as not to track out any crawlspace soil."

"Dominick was the estimator and he was very thorough and clear in everything he discussed or proposed. He took plenty of time to hear our information and thoughts, then study the basement on his own. He proposed a full-perimeter drain tile system and pump for our large crawl space, and a separate adjacent three-sided drain tile system and pump for the basement. This made sense because the crawl space seemed to be the main access for floodwater. In addition, he proposed some outside digging at the points where two additions joined the original house (the front porch, which was converted into a front room; and a large back addition) to be sure that the old brick foundation was not open to water at those construction points. Reliable Basement's bid was very competitive and their proposal was sensible and detailed. They were our second choice, and I am sure they could have done just as fabulous a job as we realized."
