"My refrigerator was making loud vibrating noises for 15 to 20 minutes at least once a day and at night.  On December 19, Jose diagnosed that the noise was from the evaporator fan.  He suggested that a new evaporator fan assembly would eliminate the noise.  He discussed the discount I would receive and his fee.  A week later, on December 26, Jose removed the worn out evaporator fan and installed the new one.  He then tested its operation and found it o.k.  Jose is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.  He answered all my questions and made suggestions about other appliance issues I inquired about.  He applied the discount which he explained I would receive on his first visit.  I give First Priority Appliance Repair an "A" and intend to use them in the future.

"I like Charlie.  Charlie had an outgoing personality, that part I liked.  He had several workers that came out here, one or two did not speak English, there is a spot in the kitchen that I had to sand down a little bit because when I put a plug back over it the there was a gap on it so I had to do some work on that to make it flush with the wall but as far as Charlie himself he seemed like the kind of guy I would probably enjoy going out and having a beer with.  They did the ceiling in the living room the ceiling was a little bit pebbly, the parts that they re-did was smooth so what they did stood out like a sore thumb so I had to have them come back out and make what they had done look like the rest of the ceiling.  They came back out and they fixed it and they wanted some more money.  My wife said no, you didn't do the job right the first time.  We haven't heard anything more about them, they haven't called."

Forrest was extremely responsive. I called and he was able to come by, I believe, the next day to an energy audit to determine why my electric bill was outrageous and the temperature varied throughout the house. Right away he determined there was virtually no insulation in the attic (easier said than done considering the dark,  3 ft crawl space filled with giant metal ducts) except what was left from the original install in 1975. I was able to schedule to have the work done in about 5 days. I'm not sure if the price was good or not but I really liked Forrest and he was available to get the work done ASAP...that made it the right price!  He and his crew arrived when they said they would, blew in the insulation, mended ducts, expelled all the critters in the attic, and replaced the broken booster fan blocking the air going to the opposite end of the house.

I also texted Forrest Friday with concerns that there was hot air coming out of the vent when the AC wasn't on, he said he could be there the next day to check it out. He showed up when he said he would, determined that coincidently, I walked under the vent right when the AC turned on and all the hot air was being pushed from the duct.  There was no issues other than my bad timing.

I will continue to use this company for everything and anything they can provide that I need in the future.

He put in some starter shingles to prevent damage to the facia where the trees had rubbed.
Here's what I got for an additional $250.00
Jeff took pictures of my roof and showed me that my old roof vent boots were deteriorated (chewed) and more than likely leaking when it did rain.  The cost to replace the 3 boots was $50.00 each labor included. In addition, I had two holes in the shingles down to the bare wood (yikes) about 5" in diameter that I was completely not aware of.  
Jeff completed all the work repairs in about an hour.
My only suggestion for Jeff is that he take "after" pictures to show the homeowner that the work was done.  After all, I'm not climbing up on that roof to make sure (terrified of heights)  so I only have his word for it. 
This was a good experience and Jeff is on my list of keepers.  He is making a living and not a killing and I sincerely appreciate an affordable service since I am on a fixed budget and can't complete this work my self.

"The addition was blended into the present structure and made to appear as if it had been there the entire time. They included a ceiling fan under the patio cover and electrical outlet in a location that I had selected. The workers were very professional and definately knew what they were doing. They matched the paint to our satisfaction. They removed all debris and kept the site organized through out the time that the job was being done. Once the job was done the results was pleasing to the eye and certainly added value to the property. My wife is very pleased with the results.
