"He installed ceiling fan without any problems. He started taking down exhaust fan in bathroom was scheduled to come back out on May 6 to finish exhaust fan. He was a no show. He never showed up or never called us. He started a job but didn't complete it. This is poor customer service to us. We would not use him again."

"I ordered the Angie's List coupon for a Dryer Vent clean out.  The first available Saturday appointment was 10 weeks from the time I called (April 28 until July 7).  I was not pleased with this but I accepted it because with my schedule it was the only way.
Since it was 10 weeks away I called to confirm a week before the appointment and there was no problem.  The technician did a call ahead and confirmed he would arrive around 8am as planned.  This was nice.  Justin arrived, was very professional, and did the cleanout in the attic, outside of house (2nd story attic so about 25' above grade, etc.).  We have a 30' run with 3-4 bends and a high performance dryer vent fan in-line.  The whole job took less than 60 minutes.  The dryer performance is much better than before (1 dry cycle vs. 2 to get clothes completely dry).
Bottom line:  This was a good value, very prompt for the appointment, professional service, and for the same price I would do it again when the time comes.  Since I now know they are efficient I would plan a weekday appointment at a planned time (first appointment of the day) to get it done on time and quickly."
