The store sales staff: very knowledgeable -- they had good information and suggestions but let us make the final decisions without pressure. The installers: neat, courteous, and very accurate  -- an especially welcome skill as they made holes in our wall to vent the stove pipe out and run the gas line in. The scheduler: a true gem -- she cheerfully juggled staff to guarantee our established start-up date.

"Happily, the fireplaces were in great condition.  At that visit, it was recommended that I put toppers on the outside chimney, which I did do.  I appreciated that the issue was identified, and was very pleased with all of the services provided.

"This provider did a great job and completed it in one day.   The replacement window is double paned and a large improvement over the prior window.   The "earth well"  on the outside has been redone with timbers per my request and appears to be tight and durable. My only comment to the contrary is that there was considerably more dust than I anticipated and a small ladder was not placed in the outside "earth well".
