"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "I recently had the pleasure of working with Oswaldo and his team for a foundation repair project, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service they provided. From the moment they arrived at the job site, Oswaldo displayed exceptional professionalism and expertise. He quickly assessed the areas that needed attention and promptly updated the repair plan to ensure it met the specific requirements of the situation. Despite facing challenging weather conditions—snow and ice melt, followed by heavy rain, and an unexpected flow of water under the house—Oswaldo and his team showcased remarkable perseverance. Their dedication to completing the job, no matter the obstacles, was commendable. Additionally, I appreciated Oswaldo's commitment to communication. He kept me thoroughly updated on the project's progress and any necessary changes, which provided me peace of mind throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend Oswaldo and his team for any foundation repair needs. Their experti"

"Jason was excellent and I will absolutely use AA Action Waterproofing for future projects. After having two other companies provide estimates for fixing our basement leak problem, I called AA Action for a third quote. The first two companies recommended extensive indoor and outdoor remedies with expensive price tags. I was a bit surprised because our leak is very minor. Enter Jason. Jason was friendly and clearly had extensive experience. He assessed the problem and pointed out that, while we could of course undertake the considerable actions the other companies recommended, it was more than likely that a simple fix of rerouting our gutter drain would fix our problem - a $20 fix that we could do on our own vs. the thousands of dollars in repairs recommended by the other companies. He told us that he could not honestly take our money knowing this small fix was likely all that was required. The remedy worked. It's rare to find Jason's honesty in the home contracting world; I will definitely call AA Action for any future issues."

"Our foundation was seriously compromised due to water intrusion. Steve responded quickly and gave us an estimate at a great price. He was knowledgeable and informative. Dan and his team repaired our foundation, installed a drainage system and pump, as well as a vapor barrier. Our basement has been dry and free of mold since. The project was completed in a matter of days. I couldn’t believe how quickly they worked. I recommend the gurus to everyone who needs basement repairs. Thank you again!!!"

"They installed a french drain and pump and installed water proofing on the walls.  Initially I thought some of the workers were not really the best, so I called and a manager came out and was very honest and acknowledged their faults and came out and fixed all the issues.  I was very impressed with this, he was very responsible.  They ended up doing a fantastic job in the end."

"Bobby and the Fortress Techs were very professional, considerate, and thorough. The difference we feel from the crawl space insulation from before to after is amazing. Within just a day or two that musty smell in the house that was coming from the crawl space was gone! Bobby kept us informed throughout the entire process and finished the project on time. I would highly recommend Fortress Foundations Solutions to everyone; we were extremely satisfied with the outcome and the high quality customer service we received."

"Very professional and knowledgeable. Upon seeing our foundation crack, knew exactly what work needed to be done, was able to explain said work, and was patient in answering all of our questions and concerns. Results look exemplary. Looking forward to using them again in the future."

"The required fix required that outside trenching be done and B-Dry does not do this type of work. The representative was very knowledgeable about the problem and apologized for not being able to solve the issue. Very much appreciated his honesty."

"My experience with this company was great. I sought to receive a quote for waterproofing due to some mold on my baseboard and a small crack in my foundation. The person that I met with was Jeff. He was patient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He informed me of a pipe leak that was causing the mold growth and ways that it can be repaired to stop the mold growth (not what another company did--they wanted to sell me something that I did not need and never mentioned the leaking pipe). He explained to me in terms of waterproofing, that my current internal system was doing it's job and what was needed did not have to be completed at the moment, but would need to be addressed in the future. He focused on educating me about my home needs in terms of keeping a dry basement now and in the future which was appreciated. Once I have saved for the project, I will be hiring All Aspects to complete the work advised. If you can, ask for Jeff!"
