"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. I appreciate the honesty of the business and I would recommend it to anyone who had the same concerns, and for any of their other services. Ron P Home owner."

"From the beginning of the project to the end, Basement Gurus made the process feel painless. They gave me a clear understanding of what remedies were necessary to fix my foundation and ensured that all of my expectations would be met. The contracted workers were timely, considerate, clean, and personable. I would strongly recommend Basement Gurus for any waterproofing work and will be using them as often as necessary in the future."

"We got 5 estimates from companies regarding a leak in our office and adjoining storage unit. This was the only company that accurately pinpointed the problem , which was a leak coming from gaps surrounding our electrical conduit pipe. Other companies had quoted us 6400$ to dig up the front yard and redo everything from the outside. Others wanted to dig up the inside. I’m so glad Mike explained everything to me clearly- and it all came down to common sense. These guys found the exact spot where the leak was coming from, and knew how to fix it. He also suggested replacing our sump pump because it was the original, and mud was starting to back up. He suggested we do this as it would be tragic to fix one problem and have another occur (and subsequent flooding) that could have been prevented. There was a minor connectivity issue with the sump pump a couple weeks later but I called at 9 am, the man who took the call put it in as an emergency because of some water splashing out and the problem was fixed by 11 the same day. Great responsiveness and customer service. I feel confident in my decision to choose this company, and would recommend them to others."

"This company solved the problem of rain water flooding our garage. They regraded the grass and dirt around our backyard and the garage is bone dry even after a weekend of pouring rain. They were excellent. Their bid was thousands of dollars less than 2 other companies. I would highly recommend them. Professional and responsive."

"Bobby and the Fortress Techs were very professional, considerate, and thorough. The difference we feel from the crawl space insulation from before to after is amazing. Within just a day or two that musty smell in the house that was coming from the crawl space was gone! Bobby kept us informed throughout the entire process and finished the project on time. I would highly recommend Fortress Foundations Solutions to everyone; we were extremely satisfied with the outcome and the high quality customer service we received."

"The required fix required that outside trenching be done and B-Dry does not do this type of work. The representative was very knowledgeable about the problem and apologized for not being able to solve the issue. Very much appreciated his honesty."

"We had a great experience with this company! Very professional and polite. They waterproofed our foundation quickly and efficiently. They really know what they are doing! Highly recommend!"

"I needed to have my bathroom and a closet redone after some foundation waterproofing was done. All in One did a great job and I will definitely use them again in the future for future contracting needs."

"The work was excellent, however what was described and what was done differed. The maximum was described as the most extensive repairs. The repair entailed minimal digging and just the sealing of the main drain. It just 3.5 feet below the ground. One shrub was removed. They did not dig to the foyndation since they felt they found the issue. They did not reduce the price and that disturbed me since it was discussed."

"I would have given a 5-star review if the owner had been more interested in his client's satisfaction. The other 5-star reviews are accurate: the rep was very quick, responsive, and knowledgeable, and the team was prompt and did good work. Unfortunately, we had a glitch at the end of the project that the company might have been able to fix relatively easily and in only a few hours. However, the owner did not want to make the extra effort to ensure a satisfied customer. So my advice is: if you think that nothing will go wrong, and if nothing does go wrong, this is a 5-star company. If you want peace of mind and a company that cares about your satisfaction, use someone else."
