"All went well. Some issues with the foundation were worse than thought so the work took a little longer but it was definitely needed. Part of an addition had been built without proper foundation as in none. It was hanging in air. They made an extra trip to replace and fix drains that had to be removed. Took extra care to make sure as little damage to carpet as possible. Terrance Blackwell and crew came for the outside work. They were great. I really appreciated Terrance's extra trip to make sure the drains were fixed. Austin Wells and Peter Dang came for basement floor lift and level and I greatly appreciated their extra effort to take care of the carpets even though they had to drill through the floor. The little extras made a big difference. Good people, good work."

"I would recommend American Custom Hardscapes. They did a fantastic job with our patio and our deck. There were some challenges in the beginning due to communication and Covid, but ACH worked hard to get through them and gain our business. Even with the challenges we faced I would work with them again. There is no doubt in the quality of their work and their dedication to their customers. Many companies are having challenges due to Covid and lack of employees. American Custom Hardscapes proved that they can and will overcome them."

"very knowledgeable, very personable, figured out exactly what was wrong and fixed it"

"There were a couple of things that needed to be "fixed" after the work was completed, and when they came back out, they did an absolutely perfect job. Very professional and pleasant. Great customer service."

"Used Grady's for doing tile and grout repair for my living/dining/Kitchen floor, which is well over 1000sq feet. Very reasonable pricing, and extremely clean job. They sealed up all the grout.."

"We interviewed 12 different contractors before selecting this company for work on our 1895 basement. The majority could not (did not want to) perform the full scope of work or tried to sell us on other products that did not fully address our problem (old brick walls, no foundation, and a high water table). One company rep diagnosed the problem over the phone without ever coming to our house... During his first visit, Steve (the owner) listened to my concerns and recommended solutions in line with what we wanted to do without the high pressure we got from other sales reps. His team was HARD WORKING and courteous and, with the exception of an occasional snowstorm, finished everything in a timely manner. The total cost was competitive with other quotes that didn't fully meet our needs. We will likely need some minor work in another part of the basement as we remodel the floor above and his will be the only company we call."

"Jason's inspection put my mind at ease.  While my house had "settled" some as expected with a home of it's age, it did not require any major work to the foundation.  The cracks in the ceiling could be repaired by a good plaster/drywall person.  I'm grateful for the honest assessment of my property. I would not hesitate to recommend Bedrock Foundations to anyone.
