"I put in a consultation yesterday, and they got back to me the next morning. My main concerns were lead in water, Radon, and Asbestos. After a brief phone conversation, I was given the advice on how to properly screen for all these issues and how to avoid having to pay a huge amount to have someone come out to do it.
