"Did a fantastic job, a 5 plus."

"Was accommodating to my narrow inspection window for my purchase agreement, was efficient and thorough and clearly answered my questions. He followed up with me to answer additional questions, supply a referral for a contractor and supplied the report same day."

"Excellent service and knowledge ! Attention to detail, cared for our property as if it was their own. New , modern equipment that cleaned ten fold better than past companies, spots and dirt removed that the other guys werenâ t able to get. I was very happy with the Technicians willingness to listen to my input. Best service Iâ ve ever had. Iâ ll have many more projects for them in the future. Thank you ServPro!"

"The technician was professional, on time, competent and able to explain the problem and solution. I would use the service again Michael Moore"

"L.A.D.S. employees are very professional and conduct an ethical, compassionate and caring service. They follow industry standards for effective removal of mold, placing the customers personal health first and foremost. They communicate well and remain in contact post-remediation to make sure everything has been addressed or needs follow-up. They are very efficient in addressing concerns or requests on our behalf for additional information or documentation. They are thorough in educating customers on reasons for mold remediation and next steps."

"Aero Environmental goes over and above the expected. They left the work space extremely clean. They were completely reliable and trustworthy. Although their bid was lower than other bids, I'm sure their work was superior. If I needed this work done, I would hire them again in a heart beat!!"

"The insurance company hired another remediation company on our behalf, but I contacted Rich for another estimate/opinion. Rich provided me advice via phone on multiple occasions, told me what to look for and assured me that the other company was following industry standards. Ultimately Rich came to our house to potentially provide us with an estimate on the rebuild portion of the remediation. Although we could not use Custom Craft Environmental for this project, I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them in the future, based on Rich's knowledge, responsiveness and professionalism."

"I had a major water leak at one of my rentals. Honestly, if it was not for WI-MOLD Tom Neal and Brandon I dont know what I would of done. They guided me through the entire process. His crew did the remodeling They did insulation, drywall, painting, floors kitchen and bath. Just look at the photos . Its amazing . Hire them for any project honest trustworthy straight forward no bs. Good people whom understand water damage mold and insurance work. Jen Mi"
