"We first heard about Bay Builders from a realtor friend who highly recommended them. We interviewed multiple contractors, all of whom had done nice work, but Bay Builders really stood out right from the beginning. During the proposal process, they came to the house a few times to ensure they captured the full scope of the project. Additionally, we wanted to see their quality of work so Gilad arranged a few site visits and connected us with past clients who all raved about Gilad and his team. It was clear that Bay Builders was the best choice for quality and speed. From the beginning of the process until the end, Bay Builders was exceptional to work with. We had a dedicated project manager, Tomar, who really helped communicate what was happening that week and managed the subs. More importantly, Tomar was such a pleasure to work with. He is very approachable, detailed and diligent. I've heard nightmare stories about other contractors being slow, hard to contact and missing deadlines, but Gilad and Tomar made the entire process stress free and enjoyable! They were great about keeping us informed about what was going on, what decisions needed to be made so that we could stay on schedule. If any issues arose, Gilad and Tomar would always come to the table with a solution and assure us that at the end of the day, they wanted to make sure we were happy. The quality of their work is outstanding and our project finished on time which is rarity given the complexity and change orders associated with our remodel! They have excellent communication skills, are very detail oriented and most importantly, have your best interest at heart. I would highly recommend them. Everyone who has seen the finished product is blown away by the transformation. We are so happy with how our home turned out."

"We are an older couple who after many years decided to downsize from a large home into something significantly smaller. We found a home in the perfect location, but in need of total renovation. We were not sure if we could handle the daunting task of selling, packing, remodeling all at the same time. We had heard lots of tales of the emotional, physical and financial woes it would entail. We knew the most important decision was picking the right contractor. After interviewing a number of candidates, we chose Brother and Brother Builders. We told Reem (Ray) what we envisioned, our need for good communication and a job done on time and on budget. Reem delivered. He always answered our calls, made sure he understood our vision, stuck to the budget, and while we had some delivery issues mostly stayed on time. At one point when we unable to visit a tile and quartz showroom Reem brought them to us. He had a mobile shop come to the site. We picked beautiful tiles for both bathrooms and kitchen. Not everything went perfectly, but overall I know we picked the right contractor. We love our new home and have gotten many comments on how wonderfully it turned out. We would definitely use Reem and Byron from Bother and Brother again."

"We did a full house remodel and addition with Sergiu and Annamaria at Best Construction. They are a wonderful team and the crew was great. They took our tiny 900 square foot house and reconfigured the walls on the interior and added 250 square feet with a new roof and new exterior. They changed our cramped space into a HOME! It was as if the flow of the house had changed from awkward cramped to what it was always meant to be. They best part was the use of space. We got to keep our big backyard while still feeling like we had loads new room. The whole process was actually pretty fast. We started our design with Annamaria and before we knew it we had plans and permits. I really appreciated having my own input and ideas taken into consideration by Annamarie. She understood my taste and helped me make decisions when I felt overwhelmed by the choices. I appreciated all the vendors and contacts she had for everything from tile, to windows, doors, etc. I never felt pressured to go out of my budget. Sergiu and the crew are great. They are approachable, professional, polite, hardworking, timely, and friendly. It was really great having most of the work done by the Best Construction crew. I had the same crew working on the project the entire time except for the occasional sub contractors that came though but they were managed well by Sergiu. Everyone I talk to is blown away at the integrity and timely fashion that this design and build firm had towards this project. I was warned things would go wrong but I have to say things went very smoothly and if we do it again it will be with Best Construction."
