"My walk in tub manufacturer is not satisfactory especially for the amount of $$ for the unit. There was a problemduriing the install and it has been recurring. Now I have water damage to my hardwood floor in that bathroom. Frank Scofield came to my home, he was pleasant and very professional. What really impressed me was the way he actually listened to my concerns and understood them. With Frank handling my issues, I feel confident they will be handled fairly. Thank you Frank"

"We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."
