"Harts dispatch kept me updated on the status of the plumbers arrival. We called for two issues and of course the mystery noise stopped the day he came! But he was able to fix the low pressure in the sink by replacing the faucet. All other plumbing companies we had out said our only option was to replace the old galvanized pipes! I truly appreciate that Konner took the time to look at the issue, listen to us and come up with a solution that worked and not just say the most expensive option of replacing all the pipes! Highly recommend using Harts!"

Within 10 minutes I received a call from Hart's Plumbing! The Customer Svc lady (Devinn) was very polite & informative & offered to send a plumber out that day. But the next day was better for me so an appointment was made. The next day Prestin called to let me know he was on his way. He was also very polite, fixed the problem within a very short time & even gave me a Senior Discount! He was very happy to do them. Aaron left every place where he worked spotless. He was gracious and professional. Most of the report was common sense, I'd I already knew by walking through my crawl space.  In the end they recommended installing Smart pipe along the interior walls to help with standing water. It seems like a good product but not at the $4300 price quote.
