"Had gurgling from 2 bathroom sinks. Not knowing if this was a concern, I reached out to Angie's List for quotes from plumbers. The first one to respond was ValDel Plumbing. They were able to schedule me in for the next day. Our plumber, Steve, arrived and diagnosed the problem - partially clogged sinks. He corrected the problem per the quote. While working on the sinks, he noted that the drain pipes connected to the p-trap should be modified (he did this at no extra cost). After the job was completed, I had a question about my sump pump. He offered to look at it and gave some recommendations. Overall, I felt that the job was corrected to my satisfaction. The work done by Steve was both personable and professional. If I had future plumbing needs, I would strongly consider ValDel Plumbing."

I had a long-standing problem with water in my basement. A couple of times a year when it would rain very hard I would get water in one corner of my basement. AJ provided me with a thorough and very professional assessment of the potential problems and I chose him over several other contractors based on his knowledge, straight-forward approach, and strong online reviews.

 AJ and his team did an outstanding job installing/repairing our French drain, installing new sump pumps, and repairing holes in the exterior wall. They arrived when they said they would and completed the job in one day as promised. The quality of the work was excellent. And what really impressed me was that they went to great lengths to isolate and protect both the other parts of the basement and all of the items in the basement from the areas where they were working. As another reviewer mentioned, they cleaned up so well that it was if they were never there. AJ also followed-up to make sure everything was OK. "From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher!
