"Everything went well from my initial phone call to the completion of the project. The person I spoke with first at WaterWork Plumbing was very polite and efficient. She was able to give me a service appointment the next day. She called prior to the plumbers' arrival and the plumbers' arrived within the stated time period. All work was done efficiently and within the stated timeframe. Will definitely recommend and use WaterWork Plumbing again."

"I had called Pipey when I had an emergency leak under my sink. I got a call immediately within minutes and they gave me an appointment. I got a text that my appointment was confirmed. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable. I paid them using my phone which was also very convenient for me. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Sean has been my plumber from Best Plumbing several times. He and his coworker TJ this last time was quick, efficient and got right to the problem. My problem was back up at the main. If you want quality plumbing work in Dearborn, I highly recommend Best Plumbing.. Sean always gives me good plumbing tips."

"All work was top notch and handled in a professional manner! Fair prices, quick response and very efficient service! I will continue to use Provecta Plumbing!"

"They were responsive and prompt. They did a great job in fixing a problematic issue in a shower that had been looked at by other plumbers. These other plumbers were only able to make a temporary fix. JTW Pipes solved the problem and fixed the shower once and for all. I highly recommend JTW Pipes for any plumbing issue and I would hire them again."

"Everything was completed quickly and thoroughly- from receiving a phone call very soon after request, to the pro coming out same day, to fixing the issue and explaining the cause and future preventative measures- I was extremely satisfied with the service and would recommend this pro to anyone! I will absolutely be calling him again for any future water & sewer needs."

"The representatives of Shelby Mechanical are all top notch, starting with the office staff Cheyanne who was always attentive to prompt scheduling of the plumbing work needed at my home. The plumbers were very efficient and did an excellent job both times, and their actual bill was below the quote they provided for the job. Gabe Judge had to go through the foya ceiling to replace an upstairs bathroom drain line which he did under budget. Justin Wilson replaced my galvanized pipes with copper pipes for the water supply lines and my water pressure is like brand new. These folks consistently exceeded expectations and are superstars in my book."

"LP had the flood in 8/2020 & my basement wouldn't stop backing up for 4 weeks. I had 3 plumbers come and couldn't fix it, told me my backyard needed to be dug up, furnace needed to be moved. HA referred Bill, he immediately called on a Sunday, scheduled me for Monday, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on Tues. Bill & his crew, were the best. After dealing with so many plumbers, I was very emotional & he was patient, kind & made sure I fully understood the problem & how they were going to fix it. It wasnt what all the other plumbers said, it was a broken pipe & I am glad he was a decent person not trying to take advantage of people in trouble. I really appreciate Bill and Louis, All Drains. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, but most of all they were kind while I was falling apart. Thank you so much!!!!!! Shavonne"

We look forward to having him take care of our plumbing needs for many years to come."
