"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."

Reviewed options and gave quote which I felt was high, but they could perform the work that afternoon, which was an advantage. Service person called before coming that afternoon and arrived on time. Work was performed very well. Installed humidifier, put a new outlet in to power the unit and ran copper water line about 20'. Very clean and both people from Christian wore protective coverings on their shoes."
