"I had a leak under my kitchen sink. Arslan had to search to find the cause of the leak, which he did locate; it was at the shut-off valve. H purchased the valve and installed it. No more leaks. I also called him about a gas pipe issue for a new stove. He said there was no problem with the gas pipe. He said if the installer still had a problem installing the new stove to call him and he would come back and install the new stove. I have used Arslan before to install a water filtration system under my kitchen sink and he did an excellent job. I would gladly recommend him and use him in the future."

"My rating is really all about the customer service. Our issue was regarding an engagement ring that we feared was flushed down the toilet. I was frantic and I had put calls out to 4 plumbing companies but it was Dynamic Plumbing that responded immediately. We talked and had a plan to search and one of his men was going to come within just a couple of hours. He came right as scheduled. Miraculously the ring was found just before the technician arrived so the toilet did not have to be taken out. And even though Dynamic Plumbing but forth every effort to help for something that was resolved differently they were happy with the outcome and not at all upset that there wasn't a bill for me to pay. We own a couple of pieces of property and based on their customer service I will be calling them for any future needs."

Although appointments were not always on time due to other project overruns, we were kept in the loop. Crews have been professional, respectful, and considerate. We have one more break in the line to be repaired, unfortuately it involves a tie in to municipal line so it is taking some time to begin work. Company has taken care of all communications with necessary entities. We are planning on engaging Aqua Doctor in a maintenance agreement based on our experience. He let me know upfront what he was going to do and kept me in the loop, showing me the issues and explaining what needed to be done to fix them. He was friendly, got the work done in the time given in the estimate and cleaned up after himself. He even took his boots off before walking on my light colored carpet. I had gotten another estimate from a well known company, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of by the gentleman who came out for the estimate. He barely looked at what I needed done and then wrote an estimate that was well over twice what Fox Valley quoted. When I called their office to complain, they actually said that I was paying for their ‘name and reputation’. I’m so glad I came back to Home Advisor and found Fox Valley Plumbing. I will definitely be calling them in the future if the need arises and would highly recommend them to anyone with any plumbing issues!!"
