"Great! Friendly, yet very professional. Jeff took the time to explain what occurred and exactly what work he was going to perform. He worked in a very timely manner and the space he worked in was completely cleaned up when he was done. I would recommend this experienced professional and would call on him again for any other plumbing needs."

"Love Haines Drains Plumbing!!! They answered the phone, didn't let it go to voicemail😊👍. They were able to come out the same. wow! Excellent technicians gave an estimate, explained everything. Highly recommend them."

"My installer Dave Ford and his partner did a great job. They were friendly and helpful. Did a good job of clean up afterwards. Very professional. It was a pleasure working with them."

"We hired Mark to demolish two bathrooms in our house. He and his crew were professional, punctual, and overall did a great job. Our house was build in 1960 and the bathrooms were build more like a bomb shelter than a bathroom. However, they did a thorough job with gutting both bathrooms to studs. In Ann Arbor market where hiring any skilled worker is expensive, I believe that Mark charges quite fairly for the work that he does."

"I would just like to say that I had a wonderful experience working with Everdry. The team leader was very professional and did the work in a timely and efficient manner. Workers were polite and knew their jobs very well. They all worked well together and made the job move smoothly. We have had no water problems since the work was done. One problem with the sump pump and they came out and replaced it for us. So keep on the warranty cost every year. KB of Toledo"
