When I try to call him I get the phone not available and message service is full, not able to any take messages. Because I am disabled I will have to pay extra to have someone else finish the job."

He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. "Had the service line from our house to the septic (under the driveway) replaced as it had pulled away from the tank (which we later found was due to the original installer not doing it right). They removed the concrete, replaced the service line and replaced the concrete after. They came out quick for a quote, used a camera to inspect the line (which was nearly half of the cost of all other quotes to run a camera) and found the damaged pipe. Was put on their schedule quick (luckily they had an opening so soon) and they performed quality work. Communication was great from start to end. I can't say enough good things about this company. "Dan's team took on a large basement renovation for me. They were able to start very quickly and made progress fast. Dan is very knowledgable when it comes to plumbing matters so that was very helpful. The bulk of the project wrapped up quickly but we had a few follow-ups that took a while to complete due to supply delays and weather/scheduling delays. My only issue is sometimes Dan was hard to nail down regarding his schedule but ultimately we got everything finished! A few small things needed to be adjusted but his team was quick to handle it. We are happy with the final result!"
