"Cleaned out the main sewer even though it didn't need cleaning. What was supposed be cleaned was the catch basin. Crew came over could not open the lid, told me that it would be up to me to open it. Then they would com back. You would think that they would how all the tools and no how to open any and all catch basin. They never called me back or followed up with me. I will never ever use them again. Very disappointed."

They understand exactly what's going on through equipment use of pressurized smoke, cameras and really just overall experience in handling sewer matters. I also had a rat problem that was connected to this, so they tailored a solution that covered all these issues. They can handle it and know how to address the situation without extra expenses. Everything is done to code and part of the issue was that the previous owners had done some sewer work that was not to code and that caused most of the problems associated with that repair. I really liked their professionalism and response. Their entire crew was very knowledgeable and very friendly and able to answer a lot of questions. They spent a lot of time, at the beginning, to diagnose the problem. That for me sets them apart from other companies. Other companies wanted to come in and just digging up and jack hammering up the floor without really knowing what the problem was. The workers cleaned up after themselves. I got a follow up calls from the office to make sure everything was working properly. I thought they did a great job all around."

". The first visit-. After reviewing the choices on Angies list, I read the reviews for the plumbing doctor and decided to call. John answered the phone immediately, and agreed to come fix the issue the next morning which was a Saturday!! Asked me to text the info to him, gave me a time range he was going to arrive and texted 10 minutes before arrival. Evaluated issue and fixed the clog immediately. Cleaned up after work completed and as stated above gave pointers on how to avoid future problems. Second visit of repairing tub in another condo. Again was flexible with range of times. Worked around my schedule. Due to unusual turn off valves for my condo unit, John had to return 3 times without issue and fixed the issue within 20 minutes and also checked the toilet and found that there was an issue as well and fixed it immediately without coming back for an additional visit. Worked well with our condo management company and our maintenance guy Knowledgeable, timely, efficient and communicated throughout both issues. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.
