"Water heater pressure relief tanked failed christmas eve. We supplied the part from Home Depot and were up and running in about an hour after first contact with BF. Generally, this is an easy repair that could be DIY, but we were glad to have it done quickly and correctly on Christmas Eve."

"Exnil Septic provided a premium service at our home. The technician was professional, on time, and thorough. Communication from my initial inquiry call to completed service was outstanding, and the level of care and courtesy will make me a return customer. I would enthusiastically recommend Exnil for your septic needs."

"Paul and his team member were absolutely amazing! We are new to having a septic tank and he did an amazing job explaining everything to us and giving us tips on how to keep it running in the best shape possible. He was always sending picture updates each day to let me know what was installed and what work was completed each day (which was a HUGE help!). We signed up for the retainer fee so that he will come out once every 6 months to service our septic, and that's probably the best money I've ever spent for this peace of mind. Another bonus about Paul and his team, is that they loved my dog and she didn't bark at all during the week that they worked at our home."

"Their services straightened up my drain and completely fixed my problem without having to dig up my floor. He used a jet wash high pressure water spray wash that cleaned out the interior drain. He also sent a camera down the sewer line to check and see the rest of the drain. In addition, he gave me the advice on what to do with the sewer line and I thought that was nice of him to do that."

"Lou and Bryce showed up at the time that was discussed. Lou was very polite and professional. He gave us his professional opinion as to what was happening. Last year, we were told by another company that our leech lines had collapsed. Since replacing the leech lines was not an option due to county regulations , we could have been looking at replacing the entire septic system. If we would have had have a new septic system, it could have costs us between $20K-$30K. Lou said he couldn't be sure but he could surely find out what was going on. He called Aaron, he brought out a back-hoe the same day, dug up the area between our septic tanks and distribution box and discovered it was the line between our tanks and distribution box that was clogged solid. We, also, found out the leech lines were working fine. They pumped both our tanks, dug up and replaced the clogged line, put a riser and lid on the distribution box and refilled the hole. We've lived in our home 3 years and have used 2 other companies when we have had issues. Hopefully, our septic issues have been resolved for a while but if anything new arises, we will be calling Aaron/Andrew's Septic."

"After contacting a few plumbers, Alan was one of the few that responded right away. Unlike other companies, Alan told me what could be wrong with the heater and offered an estimate by phone. His price was at least $100 hundred cheaper that the other well-rated companies (Patterson Plumbing: $595, Tarvin Plumbing Co Inc: $650, and Zin's Plumbing: I couldn't get a number from them by phone). Although, it was not an emergency, Alan scheduled an appointment in less than two days, with a specific time (unlike many others that offered me an ''anytime between 1pm and 4pm'' kind of appointment). He showed up on time and did the job very quickly and clean. Just two small dirt spots remained in the carpet after he was done and he even offered a suggestion on what would be the best way to clean them. He needed to replace an extra valve not originally included in the estimate and he just charged me an extra $15 for the part without charging more for labor."

"This would have gone pretty well except that when John (son of Henry) came to look at the job he told me that they would save and replant the bushes and plants that would have be removed to make their initial hole at the curbside city water connection (about 2'x 6' on surface). This was necessary to allow their underground-pipe installer to reach the depth required. When it came to "replacing" the plants, all they did was dig some holes in what was now a clay surface, pick up the plants with what topsoil balls remained around their roots and put them in the holes, doing little else to properly replant them. I have had to get my landscaper out to finish the job. They did do a very nice job of connecting the new copper water line to the house waterline in the basement and cleaned up well. City inspector checked both ends and was satisfied. Bottom line: if this installation had not had to start in our street-side garden, but maybe just in our lawn, I would have been happier with the results."
