"Plumber Cameron Opuda from Michael & Sons Services took on a difficult and overdue sewer fix for Dad. Mr. Opuda had a can do attitude and was super at the turn around time. Great communication from the company as well. Aside: Lesson learned for Dad, never plant trees above any kind of buried lines. They can crush anything. Michael and Sons are not the cheapest rates in town, but the solid reputation with the Home Advisor proved solid. I think the price should be $3500 for a sewer line replacement on a quarter acre, as a standard, but the competition did not have as good a track record and they took many weeks to get back to me on requests. Kudos Michael and Sons Services."

"Went very well.  He went over the whole house, looked at all the fixtures and pipes, those that were visible.  Did the hot water heater tank flush, something I'd intended to do my self but kept putting it off.  He found some very minor issues with the plumbing and discussed everything in good detail.  I knew about most of them, but good to get his take on them.  He wore the little booties to keep from tracking stuff into the house, a small detail but one that my wife and I appreciated.  My impression is that here is a guy that knows what he's doing, is very customer focused, and is committed to doing a good job.  We're going to get him back to do some of the little tasks that need to be done.  I'm counting on the same level of detail and quality!

"Slow draining tub, a toilet that just won't flush, and some back flow when using the dishwasher left us thinking we just had a major clog.  To our surprise, it was a collapsed sewer line that needed to be replaced.  While there was a 1 week wait due to the time of year and the demands they were expecting, we were more than happy to wait the week.  Work went quickly and smoothly, and was far less intrusive than we anticipated.  Their staff even wore shoe coverings when coming into the house!  Only some minor clean up work was required once they left, which appeared to be an oversight when they cleaned up.  Everything else was back to normal after they left and no problems since."
