"The problem was discovered after returning from an out of town trip on a Sunday night. The person on call had us text him pictures. He diagnosed the problems (which was causing water leakage in the basement) and advised us how to stop the leakage until they could get here on Monday morning. Estimated the cost at $150. and arrival time at 9am. They called to ask if it was ok to come over at 8:30. Total cost was $135! Super job at a reasonable price in a timely manner."

"Arrived on schedule. Went through the elimination process and determined problem was in the line to the pump or the pump itself (no water pressure). The service rep explained everything so that I understood fully what was going to happen. The pipe to the well motor was pulled up and a nickel sized hole was found in the pipe about 10 feet from the pump. The pipeline was galvanized metal and was very rusty. More holes were sure to develop; so, I had the whole line replaced. We also found the pump was 30 plus years old so, I had that replaced too. The service rep kept me informed through the entire installation process; as well as what to do after everything was completed. The pump had to be flushed with chlorine so, there is a short waiting process, tap flushing proceedure and water testing that he explained before leaving."

"The overall install went well except for a small flaw. The small hole drilled in the PVC pipe splashes wtr out of the sump when pmp is activated. I now have to try to cover a portion of the sump to eliminate the issue."

"If you don't hire this company for your well needs you'll regret it. I hired Steve to replace a well pump because he came in hundreds of dollars cheaper than others in the area. What I got was service above and beyond my expectations. When the new well pump didn't solve the problem, Steve refused to give up and was determined not to dig a new well. He came back the second day and "air lifted" my well. It worked fantastic and I have clear, clean water that is far better than before. I can now run my outdoor garden hose on full bore which is something I could never do before without running it dry and having to wait an hour for the well to refill. Steve could have very easily given me the long face and told me I needed a new well. He probably would have made more money that way but that's not the way he does business. If I ever have well issues again, there is not a chance I would consider anyone else. Thanks again Steve."

"I contacted Andy from Area Septic Installation Inc. because I was selling my house and the septic system did not pass the inspection. I normally contact 3 providers to get the best price. Andy was the only one to call me back and to come out to the house. Andy was very friendly, and provided me with great information and no hassle/pressure bid. Because I was selling the house there was a tight deadline on getting the work done. The time of year that I needed the work done is extremely busy and the weather did not cooperate. Andy also took time to explain to me some of the deceptive practices in this line of work and cautioned me not to become victimized. I thought that in and of itself was remarkable that he gave me this information so I would not become victimized. Andy showed up on the day he said he would be there, and got to work immediately. "This review is well over due. Now that we have the drain tile system we have not received any flooding The day he began Brian's team came to our house promptly in the morning at 8am. They immediately started jack hammering the floor around the perimeter of the basement. While two men jack hammered on opposite ends the rest of the team followed behind them clearing debris and bringing the large pieces to a truck to be hauled away. They then installed the drain pipe, sump pumps, and poured cement. They were able to compete the project within 8 hours. I was definitely impressed! Now that it is a year later with 3 seasons behind us we cannot complain about his installation of the drainage system. Furthermore, one year later he still provided us with exceptional customer service. Oddly enough our pipes connected to our sump pump that takes the water from the drain tile to the backyard became detached. He responded asap with putting the detached pipes from the sump pump back together and making sure what happened will not happen again. What I liked about him in comparison to the other companies was his approach. No sales techniques, nothing gimmicky just genuine and straight shooter type of guy. He believes in his service, no thrills and whistles to the product. Just common sense solutions with quality service. It's your house your investment. Call this guy, no "BS" to it. He won't let you down.
