The first contact he told me he would come to my house between 2:30-4 he made no contact with me saying he would not be able to make it (it turned out the job he was doing that day took longer than expected and didn't get done until 9 p.m.) gave me a quote of $1200 and said he would be able to do the work on Friday at 11 a.m. well 11 came and went and told me he should be at my house around 1 p.m. contacted me at 5 and said they just got done and could be at my house at 830 the next day and will take about 3 hrs. He ended up showing up almost 9 and finished the job at almost 7 p.m. The positives about him is he stuck to his quote and was very polite."

I had to call them back because the sump pump I felt was going off too often. I tired calling about this problem several times but they waited 3 weeks until the manager finally called me back. They came back out and told me that everything was running okay. The dehumidifier they installed had a water level too low and was unable to drain properly. From my suggestion they put up two by four blocks to solve this problem. I still don’t think that it’s draining properly. The guys that came out didn’t seem to have good answers to the questions that I asked. I’m going to call them up to see if they can send out more knowledgeable workers."

"I just pay $75 you never know who's going to come out. They do everything electrical. Just about everything is covered except the septic tank. I had an air conditioner replaced. It went great, all I had to do was pay for the freon. He didn't charge e more than what was needed."

"Had the service line from our house to the septic (under the driveway) replaced as it had pulled away from the tank (which we later found was due to the original installer not doing it right). They removed the concrete, replaced the service line and replaced the concrete after. They came out quick for a quote, used a camera to inspect the line (which was nearly half of the cost of all other quotes to run a camera) and found the damaged pipe. Was put on their schedule quick (luckily they had an opening so soon) and they performed quality work. Communication was great from start to end. I can't say enough good things about this company.
