When I try to call him I get the phone not available and message service is full, not able to any take messages. Because I am disabled I will have to pay extra to have someone else finish the job."

I had to call them back because the sump pump I felt was going off too often. I tired calling about this problem several times but they waited 3 weeks until the manager finally called me back. They came back out and told me that everything was running okay. The dehumidifier they installed had a water level too low and was unable to drain properly. From my suggestion they put up two by four blocks to solve this problem. I still don’t think that it’s draining properly. The guys that came out didn’t seem to have good answers to the questions that I asked. I’m going to call them up to see if they can send out more knowledgeable workers."
