"Very professional and well-done work to perform repairs to 4 cracks that were leaking from previous repairs and repaired multiple rod holes in foundation. Many of which either were actively leaking prior to repairs or showing signs of leaking soon. The tech, Randy, had previously not been out to site before for quote. But took the time prior to starting any work to go over the proposal and review all work that was expected to be performed to verify his and my expectations were both in alignment. About halfway through the job had me re-verify that all rod holes that were previously identified and discussed were being addressed. They were a great, punctual, very knowledgeable, and professional. It was an excellent system, just a little too much for me. It was just no the correct solution for my crawlspace."

"This was the first time I had used their services. They showed up when they said they would, did not make a big mess, cleaned up and then left. Everything is A-o.k. I had to call them back because the sump pump I felt was going off too often. I tired calling about this problem several times but they waited 3 weeks until the manager finally called me back. They came back out and told me that everything was running okay. The dehumidifier they installed had a water level too low and was unable to drain properly. From my suggestion they put up two by four blocks to solve this problem. I still don’t think that it’s draining properly. The guys that came out didn’t seem to have good answers to the questions that I asked. I’m going to call them up to see if they can send out more knowledgeable workers."
