"The job was split into two with one crew coming the first week to repair the wall crack and the second crew coming a week later to install new discharge pipe and dry well. I guess that would have been my only complaint that I had to miss work on two different days to get this done. Everyone we talked and worked with was professional and courteous. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it and at the price they quoted. Everything was explained to me when the job was finished. "This was the first time I had used their services. They showed up when they said they would, did not make a big mess, cleaned up and then left. Everything is A-o.k. I had to call them back because the sump pump I felt was going off too often. I tired calling about this problem several times but they waited 3 weeks until the manager finally called me back. They came back out and told me that everything was running okay. The dehumidifier they installed had a water level too low and was unable to drain properly. From my suggestion they put up two by four blocks to solve this problem. I still don’t think that it’s draining properly. The guys that came out didn’t seem to have good answers to the questions that I asked. I’m going to call them up to see if they can send out more knowledgeable workers."
