"They answered the request for a quote immediately. Cory knew about the King County rebate program and told me about it. He walked me through the process and told me how much it would cost. Then he submitted the paperwork to register the septic inspection with the county. The job was completed to my satisfaction."

"After hiring a septic pro last July to pump out my septic and this April noticing leakage over the septic cover, I called Advanced Septic this time and after Wes and Justin reviewed the issue, discovered that the previous pump-out was not done properly and the septic lid was not secured correctly. After a few questions and a crash course given by Wes on how a Septic works and and what and what not to do with my garbage disposal and sprinkler system ( I knew none of this) I soon discovered that I was contributing to the problem. I now have a 100 percent better understanding thanks to Wes and Justin. These guys are a great asset to Advance Septic who should be proud to have them both."

"Best experience ever! We are so appreciative of Chris Plumbing Inc. I will definitely be using this company for our future plumbing needs and will recommend to family and friends. Not many companies around like this now a days that genuinely care about their work and not just about how much money they can get from the costumers. Cannot thank you enough."

The men were professional, knowledgeable and provided significant information to make corrections. I was very impressed by this company and the men who did the work. I highly recommend the services of Chris’s Plumbing Inc., to anyone."

"Initially, I thought I had a leak which I was concerned about and I also wanted the bathroom faucet replaced. Well, L.J. (John) searched for a leak but couldn't find one which was a relief, he then turned to replacing the faucet. He was very personable and answered my questions with the calm assurance of a professional. He made me feel confident that I had called the right company and I will certainly use West Coast for any future plumbing needs. Thank you for a job well done."

"When I found out my existing drainage field was failing after a septic pump-out, I hired Mr. Skinner to install a brand new drainage field. Sam was awesome. From our first site visit until close out, Sam was responsive, polite, professional, not intrusive, communicated with me about what was going on, and I can't recommend him enough. Go with Skinner for septic projects! -Grady"
