I called him on the weekend, and he was here in no time. I’ve just now had him replaced my water heater, and I couldn’t be more pleased. He is upfront with his pricing and is not a hard sell. He keeps you updated and posted on what he is doing. He finished in no time and he backs his work 100%. I will use Jeremy and Water Heater Express anytime an issue lends itself to his business. They call early Spring and Fall to set the service appt at my convenience.

He mounted the dish without drilling through my new roof, which might have voided my roof warranty, Also, he mounted the dish in a location where it is easy for me to brush the snow off it in winter. I appreciate his knowledge and thoughtfulness. Also, they didn't charge me to re-install the dish."
