I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. They said that is for the labor but it was under warranty. Al was super professional and very helpful. Al replaced it in a couple of hours and we had hot water! I will only use Al's Plumbing for all my Plumbing services. He is honest and gets the job done. Thank you Al!!"

Presure sales techniques do not appeal to me. I have no doubt Rain Soft is a wonderful product. They were not able to complete the job, as it involved in putting in a cold water loop, and that was not possible. Therefore, I would only have soft water on the hot side. I had them put in the !500.00 RO system, and I like it. Yes, it is over priced, I am hoping it is as pure and healthy as salesman said. Paying $7000. for the system and only having the hot water soft did not seem a wise way to spend my money."

"They came to perform a water heater flush. They opened a valve to do the flush. When they opened it, it broke and was leaking, I had to pay an additional $99.00 to replace the valve because it was leaking. I would have appreciated some kind warning that it is possible for it to break before hand that way it would be my choice to continue. They also disconnected my water purifier which goes to my refrigerator and didn't reconnect it so now my refrigerator wont make ice. That is an additional expense I will have to pay out of pocket. He was the not the water purifier person so he may not have known, but he should have made that clear."
