"We initially hired Aqua US Water Systems to inspect a rainwater harvesting water filtrations system at a property we were under contract to purchase. They performed the inspection for us and we liked working with them so we requested a quote to update the system. We were happy with the quote and plan to have them update our system now that the we have closed on the property purchase. We'd definitely recommend them to others looking for water filtration system work."

"I delt with the owner & he was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions & concerns. The guys that came and installed my new water softener were friendly and professional. I have only had the unit a few days but I am very happy with the company so far. Also, they offer a Military discount, which means something to me."

"Great staff, quality work. The installers worked quickly and were friendly and knowledgeable. The system is working as expected and we are enjoying clean, soft water throughout our home."

"Jim arrived on time and ready to work. He worked hard without taking breaks. Worked on cleaning out the main sewer drain to septic system. Identified potential line collapse."

"JD Plumbing provide superb guidance and service. Very satisfied with the quality of work, completed on time and a reasonable cost. I plan using JD Plumbing for all my future plumbing repairs!"

"My main water line had a leak somewhere in the 430 feet between the house and the meter. Within 30 minutes, he located the leak. He and his crew hand dug to expose the break and was finished with the repair and had the hole filled, in less than 2 hours. His response time is excellent. I will definitely use him for my next plumbing job."

"We moved to Knoxville last month. We immediately noticed the hardness of the water and the chlorine smell. Our previous home in Ohio had a Kinetico water softener and reverse osmosis unit. Having grown accustom to over 20 years of excellent water quality for both drinking and household use, we called Kinetico dealer Aqua Clear Water Systems. David and Robert Brewster came out to our home and assessed the water. They confirmed the hardness of the water and chlorine content. They recommended a custom configuration they have developed for our area. We had the system installed today and now have the comfort in knowing that our water is as clean as can be for drinking, showering, washing clothes, etc. The installers (Red and John) did an excellent job and explained in detail how everything worked. I would definitely recommend having them come out to your home to explain the benefits of a Kinetico system."

"We had a Kinetico system previously at our our home out west. Once we got established here in the mountains of TN it became clear that the water quality needed amending so we reached out to Kinetico and they put us in touch with Aqua Clear Water Systems. As with our prior purchase, the Kinetico way is to never â upsellâ but to go through the line of options for water treatment in relation to the results of their thorough water testing process. We enjoyed visiting with David Brewster regarding those options and booked a system. In spite of our distance from their core operating base they were able to get us booked for installation 3 working days after his visit. True to Davidâ s own testimony regarding their service trucks, they have absolutely everything they would ever need to make sure they can completely install the water treatment system. Add to that the professionalism of the install team and we had nothing short of a five-star experience. We highly recommend the Kinetico system and the support team of Aqua Clear Water Systems."

"They are an outstanding company. They go above and beyond. They do not pressure you into purchasing their product however the water demonstration was a MUST SEE to believe what's in your water! The product is something I really believe in for the health of my family and I would highly recommend them."
