They were over within 1 hour and did a thorough inspection of the tank. They quickly diagnosed the issue and with just a $25 part, we had hot water. They could have easily said we needed new elements or even a new tank - but the did not. The were honest, prompt, clean, nice and easy to deal with. Jesse G, operations field manager taught us how to do maintenance of the tank to prolong the life of the water tank (e.g. draining every 6 months and changing anod rod annually). Since our water heater was still on warranty, Jason helped us to exchange the water heater at Home Depot and gave us advice on which one to upgrade to. Jason also installed the new water heater. Because of the expedient service of the plumbing company, we had hot water on that day!!! We were very pleased with the service and would recommend this company to others."
