"The installers arrived next morning and worked diligently all day and by early evening I had a new A/C and Furnace installed and cooling air. They took great care to ensure no damage or dirt was brought in to the house, they cleaned up well and provided instruction on everything that they were doing. While I may have saved a little by using another contractor, I believe that Berkeys provided value for money. I was unavailable for the technician to return on the day after the install, but he arrived the following day to make a further check of the system and install an additional CO2 detector which I required.
