"This business was fantastic. My water softener was installed the next business day after our consult. I priced compared many companies and this was the most reasonably priced company. Michael was extremely patient and knowledgable in describing the options for our house. George and Corey installed a water softener and two reverse osmosis systems into my house. I am extremely pleased with the set-up of the systems I can already notice the difference in my water on my dishes, hair, clothes, and the taste of the water. "My water softener (which I inherited from my grandmother) was stuck in an endless purge cycle, so I called the man who installed it, but he was no longer in business. I looked on Angie's list for another merchant. I found AOK and the reviews looked good, I liked that it was a family-owned company, and the prices that people paid were in my feasible range. I made the appointment to have my softener looked at, and Kevin showed up a few minutes early. We reviewed my options, and we determined that my system, which was not new when I inherited it a few years ago, was too old to fix for a price that made sense. Replacing the entire system cost only $250 more than repairing, so I went for it. I was at work, but my roommate was home when Kevin returned to make the repair. He said the water would be out for a couple of hours, but it was less time than that. The water has been even softer than it was before ever since. Very happy with my purchase! The grade of B for price merely means that I had not intended to pay that much; it is not meant as a criticism of AOK's prices. The grade of B for Quality reflects minor complaints, like leaving the soil turned over and piled up around the softener, leaving an empty sports drink bottle, leaving the cord from the old system balled up on the ground, etc. They were really minor annoyances; I would use AOK again in a heartbeat."

"Love the Puronics system. We’ve been a loyal customer since July 2015. Never had a issue at all and have recommended to everyone that’s ever asked HOWEVER my only disappointment is we were told that they would remove and instal one time for free if we moved. We are getting ready to have our floor coated and although we aren’t moving we called to ask if they could unhook it for a week and hook it back up. (Same as a move in my opinion) and they said, if it’s not in your contract then it’s $500+ to do it. What a bummer!! So no matter what the sales person tells you, MAKE SURE ITS IN THE CONTRACT because verbal agreements don’t get honored."

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"I'm extremely pleased with the service I received from Larry and if I ever need a plumber again I will definitely be calling Garrett Plumbing. I'm usually happy with a company that's rated A on Angie's List and this was no exception! I love soft water in my home and when Larry came to service my system I spent the whole time talking, watching, and learning from him. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding that I wanted to know everything about my water softener so that hopefully it will bring me endless years of service without having any more issues (but if I ever have any more - I know who to call). Larry has 20+ years of experience servicing water softeners and was willing to answer all my questions. Larry even called back that night and made sure the regeneration cycle had completed and everything was functioning properly!
