"Because my house was not built on a cement slab, about 3ft of water has accumulated under my home, which could lead to foundational issues, termites and mosquitos. James and his team worked for several days to drain the water from under my home, fill the holes with sand, add a French drain system, add a sump pump, and added extra gravel and sand to ensure that water that drained from my neighborsâ property did not drain onto my property. It was a lot of hard work, but James made sure that I understood what needed to be done and why. He also gave fair pricing for his work. I am glad that chose to hire him to resolve my issue."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
