A few weeks later, the water continued to harm my bathroom toilets and sinks. So on his second visit, he showed me how the system was failing. He quoted me a very fair price for a new system. Michael installed the new system within the week. He was very professional, friendly, and competent. I would highly recommend Michael and his company if you are in need of a new water softener system."

"Rep opened up conversation with extremely high price, then tried to up sale me into spending 2000$ on a new water heater. Stated that he would fix my broken pipe for free. I told him I only though it was a fairly easy fix about 200$ repair job. He went in to the crawl space and came back out and stated good news say the pipe had never been connected. So he cleaned up and glued the pipe and charged me 160$ for 10 minutes of actual work. He did verify there were no leaks after repair"

"We had two plumbing companies previously deal w our plumbing issues, it took Beacon to solve the problem! Using a high resolution camera to examine the main line it was found the cast pipe under the house and extending about 5 feet beyond the foundation needed to be replaced. Beacon replaced the pipe, installed a clean out and repaired some other pre-existing problems. They did all this is one day at a fair price! Would definitely recommend Beacon plumbing."
