"I have been using Pocono Water Center for several years. They now maintain my water treatment system. They always show up for the appointment and are great to deal with. They tell you what you need, give a price, and do not apply a lot of sales pressure which I appreciate. I would highly recommend Pocono Water Center to anyone needing their services. Thank you!"

"Jim asked all the right questions made me feel he really was looking out for my family’s best interests."

"Arrived as scheduled, professional and courteous. He stayed a few minutes to run water to ensure that there were no leaks"

"I?ve had them since I moved in here for my air conditioning and heating system. I?ve been here for 2 ? years. The only problem was them diagnosing the exact problem, it took them 4 or 5 times that they came out before they figured out what was wrong. I have a contract with them, so it basically didn?t cost me anything even if they came 10 times. They came right away and they were concerned about trying to figure out what was wrong. It was an intermittent problem, so that was the reason they couldn?t figure it out completely. With the service contract, it didn?t really cost me anything more."

"With an older heating system to work on Mr Mendez was very patient and returned several times to be sure that everything was going well. He also text to be sure the House was warm and that everything was going well. He explained everything as he was going along I've also recommended that he teach the trade because he patiently worked at it and explained to us everything that he was doing and what was wrong with the system and what had to be repaired. I would definitely recommend Mr Mendez and have done so to friends and colleagues"

"Gary, was very helpful and pointed me on the right direction after I had discussed my concerns. Had he been able to help me I would have gladly hired him. My system ended up being under warranty and he suggested I contact the manufacture as to not void my warranty."

"I have used them for a number of years. They provide a number of different services."
