"Luis did a wonderful job he was very professional and answered all my questions very happy with the water heater installation would hire Way Cool Air Conditioning and Plumbing again."

"The Rep. who came to my home was very knowledgeable. Did a nice presentation. However, the price is higher if you ask for any time to make your decision. Presure sales techniques do not appeal to me. I have no doubt Rain Soft is a wonderful product. They were not able to complete the job, as it involved in putting in a cold water loop, and that was not possible. Therefore, I would only have soft water on the hot side. I had them put in the !500.00 RO system, and I like it. Yes, it is over priced, I am hoping it is as pure and healthy as salesman said. Paying $7000. for the system and only having the hot water soft did not seem a wise way to spend my money."

"Installation was quick and periodic changes to filters also a fast easy process"

"I would highly recommend Clear Water Concepts. I did my homework before I selected them, so they were not the only local company that I spoke to.. What won me over was the knowledge that Matt, the owner, had on water here in AZ.. In addition, they have been in business for long time and, more important, this is the ONLY thing they do...(they don't sell hot water heaters, install toilets, etc). The product we got was the Sanitech Pro-Line for the water softener.. The control unit they use is rated one of the best in the industry. We also got the Sanitech Hph water purification system for the kitchen.. Incredible unit, and did not take up a lot of space under the sink. They came ON TIME....Cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to explain how everything worked. A day after the install, there was a very small leak (small drip) on one of the lines under the sink. I called, and they sent someone out immediately. That is why I rate them very high on customer service.. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a water softener.."

"I gathered bids from four other companies in the valley before deciding to work with Mellowh2o. Awesome company to work with from start to finish. Zackâ s sales presentation was to the point and professional. High lighted what his product could do and how it worked. At the end of it, handed me his business card and said â hope I get your business, but if not good luckâ . No pressure to make a deal right then and there. Our installer Gerardo, showed up on time and had the system installed in a little over an hour. Gerardo demonstrated how the system worked and what to do to take care of and maintain it. When he left, the only evidence he had been there was our new water treatment system. Zack and his company have my highest endorsement."

"We have had a Kinetico system in every house we've owned in Arizona since 1982. This is our 4th and it's a necessity for the water in Arizona. We have never had a problem with any of the Kinetico systems and they are a work-horse when it comes to durability. Do yourself a favor and upgrade to what you deserve."
