"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"Even though they pre -checked and previewed my whole house water treatment system, they came unprepared without the components needed for my job. This resulted in my home being without water for about 4 hours. The installation was just short of an hour after they returned. The price was a bit high in my opinion, but otherwise they were very nice , clean and respectful of our wishes. They were also very timely in their response and scheduling. During this time of pandemic, they wore booties, and masks and tried to keep social distancing."
