"Ken and Danny did a fantastic job of installing a whole home water treatment for our townhome. Ken explained everything throughly and Danny installed it all within half a day. Carbon filter, UV Light, and Reverse Osmosis system for under the kitchen sink. I added on a replacement water heater as well since the old one was on expired time in my opinion. "Love the Puronics system. We’ve been a loyal customer since July 2015. Never had a issue at all and have recommended to everyone that’s ever asked HOWEVER my only disappointment is we were told that they would remove and instal one time for free if we moved. We are getting ready to have our floor coated and although we aren’t moving we called to ask if they could unhook it for a week and hook it back up. (Same as a move in my opinion) and they said, if it’s not in your contract then it’s $500+ to do it. What a bummer!! So no matter what the sales person tells you, MAKE SURE ITS IN THE CONTRACT because verbal agreements don’t get honored."

"Even though they pre -checked and previewed my whole house water treatment system, they came unprepared without the components needed for my job. This resulted in my home being without water for about 4 hours. The installation was just short of an hour after they returned. The price was a bit high in my opinion, but otherwise they were very nice , clean and respectful of our wishes. They were also very timely in their response and scheduling. During this time of pandemic, they wore booties, and masks and tried to keep social distancing."
