"Previous water treatment service company "disappeared", resulting in a search for a competent and reliable firm. Chris arrived on time and performed the requested work in a prompt and workmanlike manner. In addition, he identified and corrected an issue I was not aware of at a very reasonable cost. Chris just became the "go-to guy" for my scheduled and unexpected water treatment system maintenance."

"American Plumbing & Sewer provided us with top notch service from beginning to end. We needed a new water heater, I called on Monday, Alan was out on Tuesday to give us an estimate and by early Thursday afternoon we had our new water heater installed along with a water softener/purification system. Lanney is extremely personable yet extremely professional at the same time. The workmanship was fantastic and he explained things to us along the way. Lanney's assistant, I believe it is is son, Austin, is a fantastic person and he is also extremely knowledgeable and very proficient. I would highly recommend American Plumbing if you are ever in need of a new water heater or water treatment system. You guys have a new customer, that is for sure. Thank you again."

"Amazing work and half the cost of the big companies. I’ll be using them again for al my plumbing needs."

"Professional, efficient, and very high quality work. Heart has performed multiple major projects for us (replacing furnace, water heater, humidifier, and now AC system) and I would absolutely recommend them for any similar work."

"Our hot water heater went out recently. It was 12 years old, so we knew we needed a new one. It took quite a bit of research to find a reputable company that didn’t have exorbitant prices. Other businesses told us things like: we needed all new pipes. (We didn’t.) A new hot water heater would be $3,000 to $5,000 plus labor on the of that. ( way overpriced), etc. Finally, we found an excellent smaller local company. We went with Pure Water Services in Loveland. They’re honest, reasonably priced, and absolute pros. They were able to get us scheduled for a new hot water heater within days . Their master plumber Patrick was courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough. Patrick is an impressive and experienced plumber. Alexander keeps in touch daily with every step of your project repair. I was impressed with how kind, and professional he is to customers. We are so thankful to have hot water again. They stand by their work. My husband and I highly recommend them!"
