There are many things that set this company high above the competition. First, their product is 'Made in America' and that pleased me a lot. The website, wow water, really explain how an R/O system works. The best part is the service this company provides after the installation. Austin arrived on time, was courteous, knew the product, and could answer every question I had. After the installation he cleaned up everything and showed us what to do with the new system. In addition, this company, Jones Air and Water, does more than install R/O systems. I highly recommend them and will be using them for other projects we'll be doing in the future."

My water reeked of chlorine and was very hard (within three weeks of living here, my dog's water bowl had a crust of mineral hardness in bottom of bowl, so I knew the water was very hard). He tested my water and showed me the levels of chlorine (more than a public pool requires) and the hardness grains were approx. 14. I purchased a water softener and conditioner combo unit, and also a reverse osmosis system so as to have safe water for drinking, cooking and bathing, and to save my appliances from the hard water. I was very happy with his workmanship and the products installed. Taking a shower was a delight, no more nasty chlorine smell! "The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"We had Jones Air & Water come out to install filtration and replace a catalytic core system that we had installed to prevent descaling. In our situation, we had a high volume of Chlorine in the water that you could definitely smell and taste. The catalytic core system, didn't live up to the expectations and we still had to deal with a heavy scale build up noticeable on all of our faucets and with two Rinnai units for on demand hot water that raised concerns about what type of build up we were having on what we couldn't see. Everett came out and was very thorough in testing the water and then explaining a recommended solution. We finally decided on a dual media tank solution that Everett and JD installed that provides us with an efficient way to not only handle the Chlorine issue, but truly conditions the water and we're noticing all of the differences that Everett explained we should see. We are very satisfied with the whole process from the review of what our situation is, the recommended solution, the installation and the end result. I called and explained what was going on and they assured me that someone will be out as soon as possible.  A bit later the technician came to the house ,first he greeted us then he put on his shoe covers before coming into the house.  When I showed the technician the problem he was very patient in explaining to me what all needed to be done and he answered all my questions in a way that i could understand.
