Almost 4 years ago, Hague Water Systems contacted me regarding a water softener. I needed to replace my water tank so I purchased both from them. I have been happy with the system and the installer/service technicians until last year. Installer and service technicians anre great! About a year ago I noticed that the hot water tank was leaking and called Hague. I was told that they don't warranty hot water tanks and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it does have a warranty and to contact the installer to replace it. I've gotten all kinds of excuses from Hague "we don't warranty that, we are short installers, that is another dept, etc." Hague hasn't even come to check it out. I'm attaching pictures of the mess I'm dealing with. They say they warranty their products. I still have a defective hot water tan"

They called Monday morning at 8 to reschedule as they told us that they were working on the Friday job still. We were ok with that. They got here Tuesday and went straight to work. They took all day, which was expected. They cleaned up after themselves. The shower drip is gone. They left the bathroom dirty and the cold water is hard to turn on and off. Overall, we are happy with their work."
