"I was never so glad to answer the phone and talk to Mr. Jones about reverse osmosis drinking water. He gave me a true education! His son came to our home and installed a new system for us. There are many things that set this company high above the competition. First, their product is 'Made in America' and that pleased me a lot. The website, wow water, really explain how an R/O system works. The best part is the service this company provides after the installation. Austin arrived on time, was courteous, knew the product, and could answer every question I had. After the installation he cleaned up everything and showed us what to do with the new system. In addition, this company, Jones Air and Water, does more than install R/O systems. I highly recommend them and will be using them for other projects we'll be doing in the future."

"They are not plumbers who fix faucets and do water treatment as a service. They are drinking water quality experts who customize the water treatment system for your home and install the components."

"I had a water softener and filtration system installed in my home. It's fabulous! Austin was very reliable and friendly. He was extremely efficient. I'm so happy with my system, and with Jones Air and Water."

"I just wanted to update my review from 6/2/20 but it looked like a huge hassle to try to contact Angie's list to figure out how to do that, so I'm just writing an update here. Someone from Maplewood Plumbing reached out to me and explained that their new system didn't allow for itemization of bills, but that they were aware of this need for customers and they would be working on finding a solution. She was very nice and I wanted to raise my rating for the customer service experience. I still think they do excellent work and I would definitely hire them again if I could have an itemized receipt."

"I needed to replace my parents' 40 year old AC Condenser and coil, and replace it with something that worked with the new furnace my father got installed four years prior. They were able to do the work requested, and also offered to redo the furance installation as the previous company installed it right on the basement floor where any backup/water could possibly get into the system. They were very prompt and showed up on time/on schedule. They were very upfront about costs and pricing and there were no last-minute price changes or hidden fees, which I appreciate. Work was done well and they ensured that everything worked before leaving the job site. The gentlemen working were very professional and understanding. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to replace their HVAC or to correct work that was previously poorly done."

"Sam Marsala was very good at diagnosing my furnace trouble, the fix was simple to my relief. My water heater was on its last legs. Sam diagnosed the trouble and we had Sam install a new Raheem water heater. He was very quick to respond to my needs and explained very clearly the trouble found. Installation was really done neatly and he left the work area very clean. I am more then satisfied with the work, product and technician. Well done."

"They really stand behind their work. When they fixed the toilet leak, the effect was that a new dripping leak resulted in the hose out of the toilet due to greater water pressure. But they came right back and fixed that, so it worked out very well. Thanks for the great service and integrity in staying with it until everything was fixed."

"DP Plumbing and his crew went above and beyond to make sure that this job was done correctly and for the most reasonable price possible. They were professional efficient and got the job done as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family and to anyone else who wants a fair price and a professional team working at your home. I had other people come out and give me bids and none of them gave me the Comfort level that this company did. I just trusted them. I am actually having some other work done and have their card because I'm going to give them a call back for sure."
