"Excellent work. Shannon took the time to be certain I understood important operating systems so I am able to cut off water flow at need. He further discussed filer changes with me. Recommended!"

"Our water line was repaired with minimal disturbance to the lawn."

"I needed a vent pipe rerouted in my attic, as the original design was not installed to let the water drain. Mike from Tom Drexler called to let me know he was on his way, gave me the estimate before starting work, and explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. I will be requesting Mike for any future plumbing issues."

"I was getting sick because of unclean water where I live -Fairfield Glade. I asked TDEC to do something but Brock Hill wouldn’t return my phone call because of his sexual harassment of workers which got him fired. Then Crab Orchard Utility Director was never there so I couldn’t ever talk to him and my messages were never given to him about water issues. I called the Fairfield Sewer Department to see if there may be a link to the sewer and the water and they wouldn’t come out. At least I never saw them. After Halls Water installed the softener and filter I received an email saying we all in Fairfield needed to do certain things to keep sewer clear and water clean because the sewer was interfering with the water. The only issue I’ve had is after these guys came out and rebooked the fridge part of my fridge went out which is fixed.. Not complaining because I can actually drink water now and I’m really enjoying it!"

"Went well with water only being shut off for a short period of time during installation of new plumbing. Due to some modifications and some miscommunications, took 2 days to be completed. Great people! I would hire again!"

"Very well. After talking with Mike about replacing my outdoor faucet with a "frost-Free" he checked it and felt rebuilding the existing faucet would solve my winter icicle problem. He also noticed an issue with my hot water line that was resolved with $30.00 part. Mike saved me a lot of money. I would definitely call on Mike and NCM for any future problems. I called late afternoon and Mike was there 9:30 next morning,"
