"An employee came out to look and give an estimate as did several people from other companies. The Elgin person gave the clearest explanation of what was needed and my options. The company was not comfortable installing the water softener unless a plumber put in the piping infrastructure (my water main is old) so I had to hire a plumbing company for that work, however."

"This happened on Sunday. Response was excellent and technician was knowledgeable and very helpful and thorough. His name was Austin. Price I can’t really judge—since I wanted it fixed (replace water heater) immediately I didn’t shop around."

"Ethan and Spooner Water Solutions were great. Explained things and found me the best solution in a quick time frame."

"Steve did a great job on replacing our water heater at a reasonable price. Will surely use him again for future plumbing needs."

"We got a quote from leaf home water solutions, Frank was our sales person, he was very nice and personable. We decided to buy the system. We have well water. We had hard water. We were sold only what we needed! Nothing else! Our installer was Andy and he was also very nice and cared about the work he was doing! He made sure everything was level and did a wonderful job! Thank you guys! We are very happy and our water tastes good."

"We had great service from DW Plumbing! The technicians, David and Julian, were very professional, pleasant and very conscientious in making sure they did not get our house messy. I can't say enough about the wonderful service we received and I highly recommend DW Plumbing. Thank you for such great service! We actually had plumbing service not water treatment & purification repair or service."

"We had a great experience with Zenith Pure Solutions. They showed up on time, tested our water, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. There was no pressure at all, just honest recommendations based on what our home needed. The installation went smoothly, the area was left clean, and the water quality improved right away. Overall, very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them."

"They replaced my water heater and some piping leading into the water heater. Customer service and work product was excellent. Repair cost was perhaps higher than average."
