After some discussion the operations manager came out assessed the situation and fixed the entire issue within a day. Steve made it right and explained the entire process. He had his crew come out and get everything up and running ASAP and very politely and informed me about the dos and don't. "The Rep. who came to my home was very knowledgeable. Did a nice presentation. However, the price is higher if you ask for any time to make your decision. Presure sales techniques do not appeal to me. I have no doubt Rain Soft is a wonderful product. They were not able to complete the job, as it involved in putting in a cold water loop, and that was not possible. Therefore, I would only have soft water on the hot side. I had them put in the !500.00 RO system, and I like it. Yes, it is over priced, I am hoping it is as pure and healthy as salesman said. Paying $7000. for the system and only having the hot water soft did not seem a wise way to spend my money."

"I did my homework before making the trip to a home and garden show. I had a list of three companies I wanted to stop by and speak to. I had already checked the list on Angie s List and the BBB. First, I stopped by the booth for Mountain Fresh and spoke to Kahlan O'Hara regarding our interest. Our 5 year condo was pre-plumb, and we were so tired of the hard water. Kahlan gave me a ball park figure of what to expect. I then went to the other two companies and neither had anything to say, just leave your name and we will call you to schedule an appointment. We met with Kahlan at the time previously scheduled (ontime). Kahlan was great to work with. The meeting only took and hour because we had a good idea of what we wanted and Kahlan whet into full detail at the Home Show. We scheduled the installation of the unit when we would be home during the week. The team of two was on time and one installed the RO and drilled the countertop and one installed the water softener and conditioner in the garage. It took less than two hours. They then explained the operation to us. We noticed a difference right away."

"I would highly recommend Clear Water Concepts. I did my homework before I selected them, so they were not the only local company that I spoke to.. What won me over was the knowledge that Matt, the owner, had on water here in AZ.. In addition, they have been in business for long time and, more important, this is the ONLY thing they do...(they don't sell hot water heaters, install toilets, etc). The product we got was the Sanitech Pro-Line for the water softener.. The control unit they use is rated one of the best in the industry. We also got the Sanitech Hph water purification system for the kitchen.. Incredible unit, and did not take up a lot of space under the sink. They came ON TIME....Cleaned up after themselves, and took the time to explain how everything worked. A day after the install, there was a very small leak (small drip) on one of the lines under the sink. I called, and they sent someone out immediately. That is why I rate them very high on customer service.. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a water softener.."
