His plumber came to Rocky Mount, NC from the Raleigh area the next day and installed the system. The co owner came out later that afternoon from Raleigh and inspected the job. He did a water test and found the system completely removes all iron from our well water. He left a water test kit for me to preform in 60 days. It has a self addressed postage paid container to mail back.The price was fair. The job was professionally done. The Owner personally made sure the job was done correctly. "Techs lost two hours because they did not have what they needed to do the job, and had to go back to their shop. Techs left the house when they finished installing, without verifying that the system was working inside. Consequently, it was not. I called office after hours to report. Customer service called me the next morning, but could not tell me when a tech would come out. Asked to speak to a manager, but was told they were all out of town, and probably would not call me back until Monday (this was Friday). A manager did call me a few hours later, then sent another tech out. They evaluated and said someone would be back Monday to repair. They fixed it Monday. So, system did not work properly over the weekend, and the installation looks ugly."
