"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"PureWater Plumbing My 20 plus year old water heater got flooded out when we go 6.5 inches of rain. The convetional water heater was in the crawl space in a hole below grade. The only real optin I had was to go to a tankless system. Lanney came out (early!), looked over the situation and gave me anestimate on a tankless Navian unit.
