"I normally do not write bad reviews, I talk directly to the business. Unfortunately, that hasn't produced good results. Almost 4 years ago, Hague Water Systems contacted me regarding a water softener. I needed to replace my water tank so I purchased both from them. I have been happy with the system and the installer/service technicians until last year. Installer and service technicians anre great! About a year ago I noticed that the hot water tank was leaking and called Hague. I was told that they don't warranty hot water tanks and that I needed to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they said it does have a warranty and to contact the installer to replace it. I've gotten all kinds of excuses from Hague "we don't warranty that, we are short installers, that is another dept, etc." Hague hasn't even come to check it out. I'm attaching pictures of the mess I'm dealing with. They say they warranty their products. I still have a defective hot water tan"

Bryan, Gary, and Ryan came out to do the install.  Craig visited first thing in the morning to verify the job details with myself and the installation team.  I was home all day and checked up on the progress periodically.  They asked my opinion on a few details, which I appreciated.  They used cloth to cover the carpet and cleaned up after themselves very well (couldn't even tell they had been there).  The new systems were installed efficiently and the finished setup looks great.
